摘要
回收市场总量由于受市场规模的限制存在市场饱和量,因此回收商的回收努力水平与回收总量呈非线性关系。论文基于非线性回收函数,研究了集中式决策情形和分散式决策情形下的决策模型和最优均衡解,分析了影响回收商提高回收努力水平的决定性因素,并提出了基于回收成本共担的回收商激励机制,进一步给出了最优成本共担系数。该激励机制有利于提高回收商参与回收活动的努力水平,提高回收产品的数量,同时使再制造商、回收商以及整条逆向供应链的收益均得到提升。
The recycling market is saturated due to the size of the market,so the recycling amount has a limit,so there is a nonlinear relationship between the recyclers’efforts and the total amount of recycling.Based on the nonlinear recovery function,this paper studies the decision models and optimal equilibrium for centralized and decentralized decision-making,and analyzes the determinants which have an impact on recyclers’recycling efforts.Then based on recycling cost sharing,the paper proposes an incentive mechanism for recyclers and gives an optimal cost-sharing coefficient.The results show that the incentive mechanism can improve the recyclers’efforts and increase the amount of recycling.Furthermore,the profits of remanufacturers and recyclers as well as the whole reverse supply chain are all improved.
