摘要
目的:了解临床护理路径在带状疱疹患者中的应用价值。方法:2018年5月-2019年3月收治带状疱疹患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。常规组采取常规方法护理,临床组采取临床护理路径。比较两组护理效果。结果:临床组带状疱疹疗效、平均脱痂时间、疼痛持续时间、NRS评分、SF-36量表评分均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现任何不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床护理路径对于带状疱疹患者效果显著,可有效加速病情康复,缩短护理时间,减轻患者痛苦并改善生活质量,无不良反应。
Objective:To understand the value of clinical nursing path in patients with shingles.Methods:From May 2018 to March 2019,100 patients with shingles were selected,randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases each.the normal group takes routine care,the case group takes clinical nursing path.Comparing the effects of two sets of nursing.Results:The efficacy of shingles in case group,average time of dislocation,pain duration,NRS score,SF-36 scale score were better than the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no adverse reactions in either group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing path is good for patients with shingles,it can effectively accelerate the recovery of the disease,shorten the care time,reduce the patient's pain and improve the quality of life and no adverse reactions.
