摘要
在新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease-2019,COVID-19)防疫中会大量使用高效消毒剂。为了预防含氯消毒剂、过氧乙酸、戊二醛等高效消毒剂对防疫职业人员健康、设备、环境方面的附加损害,本文介绍了高效消毒剂的使用方法,分析高效消毒剂的职业暴露危害和机制,并提出高效消毒剂职业暴露危害的预防对策与特异性中和药剂的使用方法,以期保持消毒作业的可持续性,从而对疫情的防控产生积极作用。
A large number of highly reactive disinfectants will be used in epidemic prevention of Corona Virus Disease-2019(COVID-19).In this paper,the application of highly reactive disinfectants was introduced,the occupational exposure hazards and mechanism of highly reactive disinfectants were analyzed,the preventive measures for occupational exposure hazards of highly active disinfectants and the use of specific neutralizing agents were proposed in order to prevent additional damage of staff health,equipment and environment caused by chlorine disinfectants,peracetic acid,glutaraldehyde and other highly reactive disinfectants,maintain the sustainability of disinfection operations,so as to play a positive role in epidemic prevention and control.
