摘要
针对中小规模啤酒糖化设备容器及泵体较多、操作复杂、自动化程度低等问题,在改进啤酒生产工艺管路基础上,设计了一种由可编程控制器(PLC)、扩展模块、触摸屏等设备组成的啤酒糖化自动控制系统,实现单泵两容器全自动化生产,不仅简化生产设备,而且自动化程度高、提高生产效率。
In view of the problems of small and medium-sized beer saccharification equipment,such as more containers and pumps,complex operation and low automation,an automatic control system for beer saccharification,which is composed of programmable controller(PLC),expansion module and touch screen,is designed on the basis of improving the beer production process pipeline,so as to realize the automatic production of single pump and two containers.It not only simplifies the production equipment,but also has a high degree of automation and improves production efficiency.
