摘要
研究福州、泉州沿海海域食用贝类重金属污染状况及健康风险。通过测定福州、泉州沿海海域长牡蛎(Thunberg)、缢蛏(Lamarck)、菲律宾蛤仔(Adams et Reeve)、毛蚶(Lischke)、文蛤(Linnaeus)五种贝类中的Pb、Cd、As、Cr、Hg、Cu含量,进行Pearson相关性分析,采用单项污染指数法和综合污染指数法评价五种贝类的污染状况及健康风险。结果显示,泉州检测的五种贝类样品中,Cu与Hg存在显著的正相关(P<0.05),其相关系数为0.946;泉州样品的Cr与Pb,福州样品的Hg与As以及福州样品的Cu与Cr间,存在显著意义的负相关(P<0.05),相关系数分别为-0.902、-0.904、-0.922。五种贝类的综合污染指数为0.114~1.050,其中仅泉州毛蚶的综合污染指数超过1,其值为1.050;五种贝类的复合目标危害系数为0.149~0.676,均小于1。由此可见,五种贝类中除了泉州的毛蚶受到重金属污染外,泉州的其它四种贝类及福州的五种贝类均未受到重金属污染。
In this paper,a study was conducted on heavy metal pollution in edible shellfish and health risk in sea near Fuzhou and Quanzhou.Pb,Cd,As,Cr,Hg and Cu contents were measured in Thunberg,Lamarck,Adams et Reeve,Lischke,and Linnaeus from Fuzhou and Quanzhou.A pearson correlation analysis was implemented based on the measurement data.Single pollution index method and comprehensive pollution index method were adopted to assess pollution extent in five shellfish and health risk.The result showed that distinct positive correlation(P<0.05)was observed between Cu and Hg in shellfish collected from Quanzhou.The corresponding correlation coefficients were calculated as 0.946.Distinct negative correlation(P<0.05)was observed between Cr and Pb in shellfish collected from Quanzhou,Hg and As from Fuzhou and Cu and Cr from Fuzhou and the correlation coefficients were calculated as-0.902,-0.904 and-0.922.The comprehensive pollution indexes for five shellfish were in range of 0.114~1.050 in which the index for Lischke in Quanzhou was the only one more than 1.The total target hazard quotients for five shellfish were in range of 0.149~0.676,not more than 1.Therefore,a conclusion could be drawn that the other four shellfish in Quanzhou and five shellfish in Fuzhou had not been polluted by heavy metal ions except Lischke in Quanzhou.
