摘要
目的探讨压力接种训练在生长激素型垂体瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月我院收治的生长激素型垂体瘤患者58例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和试验组,对照组实施常规健康教育,试验组在对照组基础上给予压力接种训练,比较两组患者压力知觉量表(CPSS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分情况。结果入院时,两组患者CPSS,SAS,SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组CPSS,SAS,SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将压力接种训练应用于生长激素型垂体瘤患者中能有效降低知觉压力,缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,临床应用效果满意。
Objective To investigate the application effect of stress inoculation training in patients with growth hormone-type pituitary tumors.Methods To select 58 cases of patients with growth hormone-type pituitary tumors treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a test group.The control group was given routine health education,and the test group was given stress inoculation training on basis of the control group to compare the Chinese perceived stress scale(CPSS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups.Results At admission,there was no significant difference in CPSS,SAS,and SDS scores between patients of the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of CPSS,SAS and SDS in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of stress inoculation training for patients with growth hormone-type pituitary tumors could effectively reduce the perceived stress,relieve their anxiety and depression,and the clinical application effect was satisfactory.
