摘要
目的探索生活方式干预对离退休干部高血压人群的效果。方法在2017年8月—2018年8月期间方便选择120例退休干部高血压患者为试验对象,运用奇偶数分组方式,观察组和对照组分别实施生活方式干预、护理干预,各60例,随后对比两组患者SF-36评分量表评分(生活质量评价量表)、护理服务满意度、遵医用药率、戒烟限酒率、保持健康饮食状态率、舒张压、收缩压、腰围、BMI(体质量)。结果SF-36评分量表评分(85.96±5.78)分、护理服务满意度(100.00%)、遵医用药率(96.67%)、戒烟限酒率(98.33%)、保持健康饮食状态率(100.00%)、舒张压(78.96±5.21)mmHg、收缩压(131.69±9.86)mmHg、腰围(75.19±4.39)cm、BMI(22.78±2.53)kg/m2均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)(t=19.865,χ^2=10.287、16.875、13.745、12.395,t=14.286、19.635、18.956、5.2871,P<0.05)。结论对退休干预高血压患者实施生活方式干预效果显著,可提高护理满意度和遵医行为,改善当前血压水平。
Objective To explore the effect of lifestyle intervention on retired cadres with high blood pressure.Methods From August,2017 to August,2018,120 patients with retired cadreic hypertension were selected convenient as subjects.The odd-even grouping method was used.The observation group and the control group were respectively implemented with lifestyle intervention and nursing intervention.For example,the SF-36 rating scale(quality of life assessment scale),nursing service satisfaction,medical rate,smoking cessation rate,healthy eating status,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,waist circumference,BMI(body weight)were compared between the two groups.Results SF-36 rating scale score(85.96±5.78),nursing service satisfaction(100.00%),compliance with medical drug rate(96.67%),smoking cessation rate(98.33%),maintaining healthy eating status rate(100.00%),diastolic blood pressure(78.96±5.21)mmHg,systolic blood pressure(131.69±9.86)mmHg,waist circumference(75.19±4.39)cm,BMI(22.78±2.53)kg/m2 were better than the control groupthe difference was statistically significant(t=19.865,10.287,χ^2=16.875,13.745,12.395,t=14.286,19.635,18.956,5.287;P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of lifestyle intervention on retired patients with hypertension is significant,which can improve nursing satisfaction and compliance behavior and improve current blood pressure.
