摘要
类风湿关节炎属于中医“痹病”“痹症”“历节”等范畴,其病机复杂,缠绵难愈,其发病多因素体虚弱、风寒湿热等外邪乘虚而入,客于经络骨节留而不去,而生痰湿瘀毒痹阻经脉气血而成。痰、湿、瘀、毒诸邪常相互胶结,凝聚经隧,胶着难解。类风湿关节炎的症状,据邪气所在的部位及邪气的性质不同而有不同的表现,或麻,或重,或不仁,或胀,或痛,或肿。治疗类风湿关节炎单用祛风除湿之品则往往收效甚微,若从痰湿瘀毒论治参入化痰通络解毒之品则可提高疗效。本文拟从痰湿瘀毒角度论述类风湿关节炎的治疗,以期为类风湿关节炎的临床治疗开拓思路。
Rheumatoid arthritis belongs to the category of“Bi disease”“Bi syndrome”and“Li Jie”in traditional Chinese medicine.Its pathogenesis is complex and lingering difficult to recover.The multi-factors of the disease are weak,and the external evils such as wind,cold,dampness and heat,leaving the phlegm,dampness,blood stasis to obstruct Qi and blood of meridian.The evils of phlegm,dampness,blood stasis and toxin often cement together,and condense through tunnels which are difficult to be solved.The symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis vary depending on the location of the evil and the nature of the evil,or numb,or heavy,or insensitive,or bloated,or painful,or swollen.Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis alone with wind-dispelling dehumidification products,often have little effect.The treatment from phlegm-dampness-blood stasis-toxin angels,or using involved the removing phlegm and blood stasis and detoxification products,the efficacy can be improred.This article will discuss the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis from the perspective of phlegm,dampness and blood stasis,in order to develop ideas for the clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
