摘要
目的探究与分析血清降钙素原对血液透析导管相关性感染的临床诊断价值。方法在2017年1月-2019年1月期间内开展该次研究,将此阶段内该院收治的80例急慢性肾衰竭接受血液透析患者经过筛选作为病例样本分析对象进入研究。随后将其按照是否出现导管相关性感染分为两组,分别为观察组(40例)及对照组(40例)。使用免疫化学发光法对两组患者进行血清PCT及白细胞计数水平的测定。结果观察组患者的血清PCT水平及WBC水平均高于对照组患者,两者的结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组及对照组的PCT分别为(1.57±0.32)ng/mL和(0.11±0.17)ng/mL(t=4.328,P=0.031);且前者的敏感性及特异性显著高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清降钙素原在血液透析出现导管相关性感染中显著升高,其对血液透析患者导管相关性感染的诊断具有较高的敏感性及特异性,可以做为临床诊断的指标之一。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical diagnostic value of serum procalcitonin for hemodialysis catheter-related infections.Methods The study was carried out between January 2017 and January 2019.During this period,80 patients with acute and chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis were screened as case analysis objects and entered the study.Then they were divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of catheterrelated infections,which were the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases).Immunochemiluminescence was used to determine the serum PCT and leukocyte count levels in two groups of patients.Results The serum PCT level and WBC level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the results of the two were statistically significantly different(P<0.05).The PCT of the observation group and the control group were(1.57±0.32)ng/mL and(0.11±0.17)ng/mL(t=4.328,P=0.031).The sensitivity and specificity of the former were significantly higher than the latter,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum procalcitonin is significantly increased in the occurrence of catheter-related infections during hemodialysis.It has high sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of catheter-related infections in hemodialysis patients,and can be used as one of the indicators of clinical diagnosis.
