西花蓟马生长发育和繁殖参数测定 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]外来入侵生物西花蓟马Frankliniella occidentalis是危害黄瓜、辣椒、茄子等多种蔬菜和花卉的主要害虫。[方法]在15、18、22、26、30℃恒温下,分别测定了西花蓟马各虫态的发育历期、存活率、繁殖力、成虫寿命等,测算了西花蓟马各虫态的发育起点温度和有效积温并组建了西花蓟马实验种群生命表。[结果]在15~30℃温度范围内,西花蓟马各虫态的发育历期随温度升高而缩短,15℃时各虫态的发育历期极显著长于其它温度;卵、一龄若虫、二龄若虫、蛹、成虫产卵前和世代的发育起点温度分别为8.85±2.23、5.48±0.89、3.79±2.58、3.08±1.53、8.08±0.81和5.78±0.73℃,有效积温分别为48.88±7.64、41.95±2.14、54.49±7.40、67.52±5.23、33.34±2.07和254.16±10.74日度;18℃成虫寿命最长,22℃存活率、繁殖力和种群趋势指数均最高;每雌产卵量及种群趋势指数与温度的关系均呈抛物线状变化。[结论]组建了西花蓟马15~30℃温度范围内实验种群生命表,明确了不同温度下西花蓟马各虫态的生长发育和繁殖参数,确定了各虫态的发育起点温度和有效积温,为深入了解该虫种群生物学特性及做好预测预报和有效防控奠定基础。 [Objective]Western flower thrips(Frankliniellaoccidentalis),as invasive species,is one kind of vital pests to vegetables and flowers.[Methods]The developmental rate,survival rate,fecundity and adult longevity of thrips were determined at various constant temperatures including 15℃,18℃,22℃,26℃,or 30℃.Developmental threshold temperature and effective degree days were determined.The life table of F.occidentalis of laboratory population was constructed.[Results]The results showed that the developmental duration of different stages were gradually shortened with the increase of temperature from 15℃to 30℃,and the significantly longest developmental duration was observed at 15℃.The developmental threshold temperatures for eggs,1 st instar nymph,2 nd instar nymph,pupae,pre-oviposition adults,an entire generation were 8.85±2.23℃,5.48±0.89℃,3.79±2.58℃,3.08±1.53℃,8.08±0.81℃,and 5.78±0.73℃,respectively,and the effective degree day thresholds were determined as 48.88±7.64,41.95±2.14,54.49±7.40,67.52±5.23,33.34±2.07 and 254.16±10.74,respectively.The longest longevity of adults was noticed at 18℃.The survival rate,fecundity and population trend index were peaked at 22℃.The relationship between both oviposition and population trend index and temperature were shown as parabolic curves.[Conclusion]The life table of F.occidentalis was constructed with laboratory colony at the temperatures ranged between 15℃and 30℃.This study investigated the growth rate and reproduction of F.occidentalis,including the developmental duration,survival rate,fecundity and adult longevity at 15℃,18℃,22℃,26℃and 30℃,and provided the scientific basis for better understanding the biological characteristics,predicting and forecasting the insect pest emergence and integrated control of F.occidentalis.
