财政学专业本科课程体系的校际比较与展望

摘要运用文本比较分析法,以学校类别为主维度,以学校专业体系特色与财政学人才培养创新实践为次维度,分析国内17所高校财政学专业本科课程体系,可以发现,高校基于类别特色的培养路径日趋显现,国内财政学专业课程体系基本形成“四元”格局:985高校课程体系“重研究、近前沿”,211高校课程组合“宽基础、多选择”,普通公立高校课程设计“少研究、偏应用”,而民办高校课程设置则是“重就业、门类少”;而且部分高校建立了依托模块化、分类别的课程包,引导并服务于学生的多元化发展方向。展望未来国内财政学专业发展趋势,提升专业品质、锤炼特色,将是未来各高校财政学专业生命力所在;各高校将会结合“官(政)产学研”,加强专业理论与应用性课程内容建设;同时,适应市场需求,拓宽学生就业面,进一步创新开设跨学科课程。 Using the text comparative analysis method,taking the school category as the main dimension,the school professional system characteristics and the financial talents training innovation practice as the secondary dimension,analyzing 17 domestic universities'financial undergraduate curriculum systems,it can be found that colleges and universities are based on category characteristics.The path is becoming more and more obvious,and the domestic financial major curriculum system has basically formed a"quaternary"pattern:universities of Project 985 devising curriculum system that is"focusing on research,staying close with frontier technology";universities of Project 211 devising curriculum system that is"broadening foundation,providing more choices";ordinary public college devising curriculum that is"less focusing on research,more on application",while the curriculum setting of private colleges and universities is"emphasizing on job employment,fewer on categories".Some colleges and universities have established modular and sub-category course packages to guide and serve the diversified development direction of students.Looking forward to the future development trend of domestic finance majors,improving professional quality and tempering characteristics will be the vitality of the finance majors of universities in the future;each college will combine the"official(political)industry-university-research"to strengthen the construction of professional theory and applied curriculum content,and at the same time,to adapt to market demand,broaden the employment of students,and further innovate and open interdisciplinary courses.
