低分子肝素钙联合双嘧达莫治疗下肢骨折患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的疗效被引量：1

摘要目的探究低分子肝素钙与双嘧达莫共同治疗下肢骨折患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月期间的55例下肢骨折患者作为此次研究的研究对象。患者均进行手术治疗,且术后出现下肢深静脉血栓并发症。根据数字表将其随机分为单一组(n=27,仅使用双嘧达莫治疗)和联合组(n=28,使用低分子肝素钙与双嘧达莫共同治疗),检测并对比两组患者血液指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果联合组患者各项血液指标水平(纤维原蛋白水平、全血黏度低切、全血黏度高切、D二聚体)与对照组相比更优,统计学显示,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组发生不良反应概率3.57%(1/28)与单一组29.63%(8/27)相比更低,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单一双嘧达莫治疗相比,低分子肝素钙与双嘧达莫共同治疗下肢骨折患者术后出现下肢深静脉血栓的情况效果更好,不仅能稳定各项血液指标,还能降低不良反应发生率,联合用药的安全性更高,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low molecular weight Heparin calcium and dipyridamole in treating deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after operation.Methods 55 patients with lower extremity fractures from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected for the study.The patients were treated with surgery and complications of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities occurred after surgery.According to the digital table,it is randomly divided into a single group(n=27,only dipyridamole treatment)and a combined group(n=28,with low-molecular Heparin calcium and dipyridamole treatment).The blood indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were measured and compared.Results The blood index levels of the combined group(fibrin level,low blood viscosity,high blood viscosity,D dimer)were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The probability of adverse reactions in the combined group was 3.57%(1/28)lower than that in the single group of 29.63%(8/27),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with a single pair of pyridamole therapy,low-molecular Heparin calcium and dipyridamole were better in treating patients with lower extremity fractures with deep venous thrombosis after surgery,which not only stabilized various blood indicators,but also reduced the incidence of adverse reactions.The safety of combined drugs is higher.Worth clinical promotion.
