摘要
伴随现代通信技术和移动互联网技术的蓬勃发展,我国手机网民急剧增加,甚至占到全国网民总数的97%以上。在这样一个全民上网的时代,网民在信息传播过程中所扮演的角色不可小觑,"全民记者"特点凸显,故在报道过程中如何在兼顾真实性的基础上,赋予公民了解真相的权利,维系社会公共环境稳定值得给予充分重视与深入研究。
with the rapid development of modern communication technology and mobile Internet technology, the number of mobile Internet users in China has increased dramatically, even accounting for more than 97% of the total number of Internet users in China. In such an era of Internet access for all, the role of Internet users in the process of information dissemination can not be underestimated, and the characteristics of "reporters for all" are prominent. Therefore, how to give citizens the right to know the truth and maintain the stability of social public environment on the basis of considering the authenticity in the reporting process deserves full attention and in-depth study.
