超音速喷管雾化排水技术在极低产气井的应用 被引量:2

摘要 超音速喷管能使天然气产生超音速流动,从而将液体剪切和撕裂成微小液滴。喷管之后,流态发生了变化,成为雾状流。这样降低了气液两相的截面平均密度和流动阻力。即使在极低产气量情况下,依靠天然气自身的动能也能够把雾化的液体携带出井筒。为了提高超音速喷管雾化效果,对喷管结构进行了改进。2018年,对苏里格气田一些产气量低于2000m^3/d气井进行了生产应用试验,试验超音速喷管雾化排水对这些气井的排水效果。通过长达几个月的生产应用,得到了一些重要的研究成果;超音速喷管雾化排水新方法对低压力、低产气井、乃至极低产气量气井排水有着很好的效果。产气量低到1000m^3/d时排水效果依然良好。超音速喷管设备成本低,可以长年连续使用而不维护。从排水效果和经济投入少来说,超音速喷管能够在气田大规模应用。 Supersonic nozzle takes supersonic gas flow and make liquid into micro droplets. The downstream flow pattern changes into the mist flow,so that the resistance of gas-liquid two phase flow decreases. Even at the low gas flowrate,the mist liquid can be carried out. This paper presents several field tests in 5 gas wells at the low-yielding of 2000 m3/d and lower to investigate the effets of supersonic nozzle in Sulige gas field. The test results showed that it is an effective gas well deliquification method for lowpressure and low-yielding wells. Even if the gas flowrate is as low as 1000 m3/d,the supersonic nozzle worked well. This optimum method used to deliquify gas wells should be defined as that is most economic for the longest period of operation. For the efficiency of deliquification and low economy cost,this method can be applied widely in gas fields.
