摘要
以钛白生产中的硫酸亚铁和浓废酸为原料,成功制备了工艺污水处理所需的聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂,对影响其絮凝效果的主要因素进行了分析。根据参数的确定进行工艺路线设计及单套年产25 kt聚合硫酸铁项目方案设计。该法具有工艺简单、反应时间短、原料成本低等优点,产品质量达到了工业级的要求。
In this study,using iron sulfate and concentrated waste acid in the production of titanium dioxide as raw materials,a polymeric ferric sulfate flocculants for wastewater treatment was successfully prepared,and the main factors affecting its flocculating effect were analyzed.According to the determination of the parameters,the process route design and a single set of 25 kt/a polymeric ferric sulfate project plan are carried out.This method has the advantages of simple process,short reaction time,low raw material cost,etc.The product quality meets the requirements of industrial grade.
