摘要
研究了中智犹豫模糊环境下属性之间和决策者之间存在支撑关系的多属性群决策问题,提出了基于中智犹豫模糊语言Frank Power集结算子的多属性群决策方法。首先,给出了中智犹豫模糊语言集的概念,定义了其运算法则、比较函数和距离公式。其次,引入Frank运算,设计了中智犹豫模糊语言Frank运算的表达式,探讨了运算法则之间的关系。然后,提出了中智犹豫模糊语言Frank Power平均(NHFLFPA)算子和中智犹豫模糊语言Frank Power几何(NHFLFPG)算子,研究了其性质和特殊情况。最后,通过实例验证新算子的有效性和可行性。
For solving multi-attribute group decision making problems in which the support relationship between attributes and decision makers and the attribute value are in the form of neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy linguistic set(NHFLS),an approach based on Frank Power operator is proposed to aggregate Neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy linguistic information.First,the definition,the operational laws,the score function and the distance formula of NHFLS are introduced.Then,some operations of the NHFLS are proposed based on the Frank operations,and operation laws of it are defined.At the same time,neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy linguistic Frank Power average(NHFLFPA)operator and neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy linguistic Frank Power geometric(NHFLFPG)operator are proposed,some desirable properties and special cases are investigated in detail.Last,an illustrative example is given to demonstrate its practicality and effectivenes.
