基于Fluent高速列车齿轮箱泄漏量的数值分析

摘要 齿轮箱的性能直接影响着列车行驶的安全性,高速列车齿轮箱的设计对提高行驶安全性有着重要意义。列车在高速运行时,齿轮箱内部油压会产生较大波动,易造成润滑油泄漏,威胁列车运行的安全,需要研究密封系统以提高列车运行的稳定性。以某型高速列车齿轮箱密封系统作为研究对象,分别建立输出端与输入端的计算模型,模拟分析内部的压力场和速度场,对其在高速运行状态下密封系统的数值特性进行分析研究。并对空腔长度、齿宽、齿高参数进行数值分析,研究其对高速列车齿轮箱泄漏量的影响。 The performance of the gearbox directly affects the safety of the train, and the design of the high-speed train gearbox has the important significance of improving driving safety. When the train runs at high speed, the oil pressure inside the gearbox will fluctuate greatly, causing leakage of lubricating oil and threatening the safety of train operation. It is necessary to study the sealing system to improve the stability of train operation. Taking the gearbox sealing system of a high-speed train as the research object, and the calculation models of the output and input are established respectively to analyze the pressure field and velocity field inside the sealing system under high-speed operation. In addition, the cavity length, tooth width and tooth height parameters are numerically analyzed. By changing the value of the above parameters,the influence on the leakage amount is studied.
