摘要
泸州地区位于川滇黔渝结合部,混凝土用粗骨料及细骨料主要以卵石破碎以及山石(石灰岩)破碎为主。本研究选用了泸州地区江阳区、龙马潭区、古蔺县和叙永县具有代表性的原材料进行试验研究,配制了强度等级为C10、C20、C30、C40、C50、C60和C70的混凝土标准试件,自然养护至7 d、14 d、28 d、60 d、90 d、180 d、270 d和365 d 8个龄期后进行了回弹及抗压强度试验。按照最小二乘法原理,用幂函数方程进行了回归计算并拟合了曲线方程,建立了适用于泸州地区回弹法检测专用测强曲线并进行了实体验证。结果表明,该测强曲线强度推定值误差幅度较小,检测精度高。
Luzhou area is located at the junction of Sichuan,Yunnan,Guizhou and Chongqing,the coarse aggregate and fine aggregate for concrete are mainly broken by pebbles and rocks(limestone).In this study,the representative raw materials of Jiangyang district,Longmatan district,Gulin county and Xuyong county of Luzhou area were selected for experimental research,and preparing concrete standard specimens with strength classes C10,C20,C30,C40,C50,C60 and C70.In addition,naturally cured to 7 d,14 d,28 d,60 d,90 d,180 d,270 d and 365 d after eight ages for rebound and compressive strength test.According to the principle of least squares method,the power function equation was used to calculate the regression and fit the curve equation,and the special strength curve for the rebound method detection in Luzhou area was established and the entity verification was carried out.The results show that the intensity of the strength of the strength curve is smaller and the detection accuracy is higher.
