摘要
目的 探讨人文关怀护理模式对麻醉恢复室加速康复外科患者的疗效分析。方法 选取2018年8~12月在我院行全身麻醉择期手术后进入麻醉恢复室复苏的患者206例,按随机数字分组法将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组103例。对照组采用常规护理模式护理,观察组采用人文关怀护理模式护理,比较两组住院时间、患者满意度、术后疼痛、肠功能恢复及再入院率情况。结果 观察组住院时间、肠功能恢复时间均短于对照组,术后当天、术后第1天疼痛评分均低于对照组,患者满意度提高,再入院率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 人文关怀护理模式应用在麻醉恢复室可明显改善加速康复外科(ERAS)患者术后疼痛、肛肠功能,明显缩短住院时间,提高满意度,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic care nursing mode on patients with accelerated recovery surgery in anesthesia recovery room.Methods A total of 206 patients who recovered in the anesthesia recovery room after general anesthesia elective surgery in our hospital from August to December 2018 were enrolled and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 103 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing mode.The observation group was treated with humanistic care nursing mode.The hospitalization time,patient satisfaction rate,postoperative pain,recovery of intestinal function and readmission rate were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with those in the control group,the hospitalization time and intestinal function recovery time in the observation group were shorter.The pain scores of the observation group on the day of surgery and the first day were lower than those in the control group.The patient satisfaction rate of the observation group increased and the readmission rate decreased,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing mode in anesthesia recovery room can significantly improve postoperative pain and anorectal function in patients with accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS),which can significantly shorten hospitalization time and significantly improve satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
