摘要
目的探究PDCA循环管理在急诊留观安全护理过程中的应用效果。方法选择2015年6月至2018年6月于我院急诊留观的3300例患者为研究对象,按照不同的安全护理模式分成对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上采用PDCA循环管理。比较两组人均耗材费用、不良事件发生率、满意度。结果观察组人均耗材费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05),不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理模式应用于急诊留观患者,可提升护理安全性,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management for the process of safe nursing care of emergency observation room in patients.Methods To select 3,300 cases of patients in the emergency observation room of our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different safety care models.The control group adopted routine management,and the observation group adopted PDCA cycle management based on the control group.The per capita cost of consumables,incidence of adverse events,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The per capita cost of consumables in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management model for patients in emergency observation room,which could improve the safety of nursing and improve patient’s satisfaction.
