摘要
在城市转型发展、集约节约用地的大背景下,商务区的开发强度逐渐提升,交通规划中越来越多地采用地下车行系统,提高路网密度、快速交通集散、促进停车共享、整合车库坡道,以支撑地区的开发需求,保障内外交通组织顺畅。该文在研究分析地下车行系统功能定位、规划原则、关键指标等的基础上,提出了基于单位开发强度的单位路网密度指标,作为定量分析的辅助工具。结合上海市范围内的真如副中心核心区、西岸传媒港和桃浦智创城核心区三个典型商务区的地下车行系统,从定性分析、定量分析两个方面,研究在交通规划阶段地下车行系统的功能差异和基于单位开发强度的定量分析。
In the context of urban transformation and development,intensive and economical use of land,the development intensity of the business district has gradually increased,more and more underground vehicle systems are used in traffic planning.In order to support the region development demand and ensure the smooth traffic organization inside and outside,the underground vehicle system is used to improve the road network density and rapid traffic distribution,promote parking sharing and integrate the garage ramp.Based on the research and analysis of the function orientation,planning principle and key indexes of the underground vehicle system,this paper puts forward the unit road network density index based on the unit development intensity as the auxiliary tool of quantitative analysis.Combined with the underground vehicle system of three typical business districts in Shanghai,namely,Zhenru Vice City Center core area,West Bund Media Port and Taopu Smart City core area,this paper studies the functional differences of the underground vehicle system in the traffic planning stage and the quantitative analysis based on the unit development intensity from the qualitative and quantitative analysis.
