不平衡磁拉力对永磁同步电主轴动态性能影响机理研究 被引量:4

Study on the Influence Mechanism of Unbalanced Magnetic Tension on the Dynamic Performance of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motorized Spindles

摘要 针对由于定转子气隙偏心引起的不平衡磁拉力影响永磁同步电主轴动态性能的问题。首先分析产生不平衡磁拉力的原因,其次根据电磁理论建立电磁不平衡磁拉力载荷模型,将气隙磁导展开为Fourier级数的形式,通过对定转子表面的Maxwell应力积分得到不平衡磁拉力的非线性解析表达式。基于Ansoft Maxwell电机仿真软件,建立永磁同步电主轴的有限元分析模型,以设定的气隙偏心量模拟不平衡磁拉力造成的气隙偏心,得到电主轴动态性能曲线。仿真结果表明:由于气隙偏心引起的不平衡磁拉力,导致永磁同步电主轴齿槽转矩增大,气隙磁密幅值增大,电主轴振动加剧。 Aiming at the problem that the unbalanced magnetic tension caused by the air gap eccentricity of the stator and rotor affects the dynamic performance of the permanent magnet synchronous electric spindles,the causes of unbalanced magnetic tension are analyzed.Then,the electromagnetic unbalanced magnetic tension load model is established based on the electromagnetic theory.The air gap magnetic conduction is expanded into a Fourier series.The analytical expression of the nonlinear unbalanced magnetic tension is obtained by integrating the Maxwell stress on the surfaces of the stator and the rotor.Based on ANSFT Maxwell motor simulation software,the finite element analysis model of the permanent magnet synchronous motorized spindle is established.The air gap eccentricity caused by the unbalanced magnetic tension is simulated by setting the air gap eccentricity,and the dynamic performance curve of the motorized spindle is obtained.The simulation results show that the unbalanced magnetic tension caused by the air gap eccentricity leads to the increase of cogging torque,air gap magnetic density and the vibration of the permanent magnet synchronous motorized spindle.
