摘要
目的提高慢性非传染性疾病患者自我健康管理效果。方法通过人工智能技术、语音识别技术、知识库设计等相关技术手段,研究设计语音机器人,开发慢性病管理应用系统。结果通过语音机器人,为慢性病患者提供体征监测、健康宣教、健康随访、个案追踪、效果评估与统计分析等慢性病管理服务。结论语音机器人可解决知识宣教场所限制、慢性病管理手工记录与难以统计等不足,形成具有特色的慢性病管理模式与方法。
Objective To improve the self-health management effect of chronic disease patients.Methods Artificial intelligence technology,speech recognition technology,knowledge base design and other relevant technical means were used to research and design the speech robot,and develop a chronic disease management application system.Results The speech robots can provide chronic disease management services such as sign monitoring,health education,health follow-up,case tracking,effect evaluation and statistical analysis for patients with chronic disease.Conclusion The speech robot can solve the problems of the limitation of knowledge propaganda and education place,the manual recording of chronic disease management and the difficulty in statistics,and form a unique mode and method of chronic disease management.
