摘要
皮带秤秤架结构主要有单杠杆式、双杠杆式、悬浮式等多种结构形式,荷重传感器与秤架的连接多采用刚性连接,其中多数设有水平力、侧向力限位装置,这种限位连接形式存在一定的限制力、结构内应力,该限制力、结构内应力无法很好地释放,容易产生过定位,干扰了重力的准确测量。而浮动自平衡秤架可以很好地避免上述缺陷。本文将主要阐述这种浮动自平衡皮带秤的基本原理及其安装要求,以及如何实现高精度计量所采取的必要措施。
Belt scale scale frame structure are mainly single lever type,double lever,suspension and so on the many kinds of structure form,the load sensor and scale frame connected with rigid connection,most of which is equipped with the horizontal force,lateral force limit device,this kind of limit connections have a certain limit force,structure stress,the restriction force,structure can not be well to release internal stress,prone to locate,interfere with accurate measurement of gravity.Floating self-balancing balance frame can avoid the above defects.This paper mainly describes the basic principle and installation requirements of the floating self-balancing belt scale and the necessary measures to achieve high precision measurement.
