摘要
循环流化床锅炉是重要的生产型设备,对生产的发展有着重要作用。通过设备的运行,全面改善流化质量,有效提高化学反应吸收和转化效率,而循环流化床锅炉运行过程中,水冷壁会产生偏磨的问题,文章主要就偏磨成因做全面的分析,进一步总结出偏磨影响因素,提出循环流化床锅炉治理、运行方案措施,保证生产效率与质量,实现可观的经济效益。
Circulating fluidized bed boiler is an important production equipment,which plays an important role in the development of production.Through the operation of the equipment,the fluidization quality can be comprehensively improved and the chemical reaction absorption and conversion efficiency can be effectively improved.During the operation of the circulating fluidized bed boiler,the water wall will produce the problem of partial wear.This paper mainly makes a comprehensive analysis on the causes of the partial wear,further summarizes the influencing factors of the partial wear,and puts forward the treatment and operation measures of the circulating fluidized bed boiler to ensure the production efficiency and quality and achieve considerable economic benefits.
