摘要
当前,住房问题已成为制约农民工进城定居、实现永久迁移的最大障碍。全面梳理近年来关于中国农民工市民化研究中涉及到住房因素的理论和实证研究成果;同时结合西方国家促进社会融合的住房政策在理论上的争论和在实践上面临的困境,探讨住房政策对中国农民工市民化的深刻影响,并对未来研究和住房政策方向进行展望。未来,关于农民工市民化的住房政策一方面要立足长远、切忌急功近利,另一方面要善于利用中国特殊的国情优势;而关于农民工住房的研究不应仅仅局限于农民工临时住房条件的改善,更要关注如何帮助农民工获得持久稳定的城市住房问题。
At present,the housing problem has become the biggest obstacle for rural migrant workers to settle in the city and realize permanent migration.This paper comprehensively reviews the theoretical and empirical exploration of housing factors involved in the study on the citizenization of migrant workers in China in recent years.At the same time,based on the theoretical debate and practical dilemma of western countries’housing policies to promote social integration,this paper analyzes and discusses the profound impact of housing policies on the citizenization of migrant workers in China,and looks forward to the future research and direction of housing policies.It is suggested that the future housing policies on the citizenization of migrant workers should,on the one hand,be based on the long-term,not rush for quick success,and on the other hand,be good at taking advantage of China’s special national conditions.However,the research on migrant workers’housing should not only focus on the improvement of migrant workers’temporary housing conditions,but also focus on how to help migrant workers to obtain permanent and stable urban housing.
