摘要
目的探讨骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者经皮椎体成形术(PVP)和(或)经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)术后非手术椎体再骨折的危险因素。方法回顾性分析618例行PVP/PKP治疗的老年OVCF患者的临床资料,根据术后有无非手术椎体再骨折分为再骨折组(n=64)和无再骨折组(n=554)。分析OVCF患者PVP/PKP术后非手术椎体再骨折发生的危险因素。结果PVP/PKP术后有64例(10.36%)患者非手术椎体再发骨折。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,高龄、女性、低骨密度值和骨水泥椎间盘渗漏是OVCF患者PVP/PKP术后非手术椎体再骨折的高危因素。结论高龄、女性、低骨密度及骨水泥椎间盘渗漏是老年OVCF患者PVP/PKP术后非手术椎体再骨折的危险因素。
Objective To explore the risk factors for non-surgical vertebral refracture after percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)and/or percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)in the patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods The clinical data of 618 OVCF patients undergoing PVP/PKP were analyzed retrospectively,and the patients were divided into refracture group(n=64)and non-refracture group(n=554)according as non-surgical vertebral refracture occurred postoperatively or not.The risk factors for non-surgical vertebral refracture after PVP/PKP in the OVCF patients were analyzed.Results A total of 64(10.36%)patients suffered from refracture after PVP/PKP.The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that advanced age,female,low bone density and cement leakage into inter-vertebral disc were the high-risk factors for non-surgical vertebral refracture after PVP/PKP in patients with OVCF.Conclusion Advanced age,female,low bone density and cement leakage into inter-vertebral disc are risk factors for non-surgical vertebral refracture after PVP/PKP in elderly patients with OVCF.
