水基钻井液废弃物无害化处理技术探讨 被引量:6

摘要 在对水基钻井液废弃物处理的技术难点及传统水基钻井液废弃物处理进行分析的基础上,进行了水基钻井液废弃物无害化处理技术的设计,并以泰国曼谷LKU-L46(LBH)井为例进行了水基钻井液废弃物无害化处理技术应用的实例分析。结果表明,水基钻井液废弃物无害化处理技术工艺先进、设计科学、性能可靠,经济效益与社会效益良好,处理效率高,工艺简单,能有效防止二次污染,应在国内外井场钻井生产过程中推广应用。 Based on the analysis of the technical difficulties of water-based drilling fluid waste treatment and the traditional treatment of water-based drilling fluid waste, this paper carried out the design of harmless treatment technology of water-based drilling fluid waste, and analyzed the application of the technology with the LKU-L46(LBH) well in Bangkok of Thailand as an example. The results show that the waste harmless treatment technology of water-based drilling fluid waste is advanced in technology, scientific in design, reliable in performance, good in economic and social benefits, high in processing efficiency, simple in process, and can effectively prevent secondary pollution, which should be popularized and applied in the drilling production process of well sites at home and abroad.
