摘要
近年来,受"三聚氰胺"事件及国际市场环境的影响,中国乳制品行业发展受到一定程度的限制,尤其是规模化奶牛养殖利润出现了下滑。基于2004-2017年中国奶牛养殖成本收益数据,分析了不同规模下奶牛养殖的净利润变化趋势;采用多重线性回归方法,分析了不同规模下不同影响因素与奶牛养殖净利润之间的相关性。最后,针对不同养殖规模下奶牛养殖存在的问题提出了解决对策及建议。
In recent years, due to the influence of melamine incident and the international market environment, the development of China’s dairy industry has been restricted to some extent, and especially the profit of large-scale dairy farming has declined. Based on the cost and benefit data of dairy farming in China from 2004 to 2017, the authors analyzed the change trend of net profit of dairy farming under different breeding scale. Using multiple linear regression method, the correlation between different factors and net profit was analyzed under different breeding scales. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to solve the problems existing in dairy farming under different breeding scales.
