摘要
目的分析泉州第一医院泌尿外科2014-2018年中成药使用情况,为医院泌尿外科中成药的临床合理使用提供参考。方法调取该院泌尿外科2014-2018年中成药的使用数据,对年用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)、药物利用指数等进行回顾性统计分析。结果该院泌尿外科中成药使用金额相对较低,但用药金额、DDDs、DDC呈较快上升趋势。结论泌尿外科中成药使用存在一定的不合理性,医生应加强中医理论学习,遵循中成药使用原则及条件,合理使用中成药,提高科室合理用药水平。
Objective To analyze the use of proprietary Chinese medicines in the urology department of Quanzhou First Hospital from 2014 to 2018,and to provide reference for the rational use of proprietary Chinese medicines in the urology department of the hospital.Methods Data on the use of proprietary Chinese medicines in the urology department of the hospital from 2014 to 2018 were collected,and retrospective statistical analysis was conducted on the annual drug use amount,defined daily dose system(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC),drug use index,etc.Results The amount of patent Chinese medicine used in urology department was relatively low,but the amount of medicine used,DDDs,DDC showed a fast rising trend.Conclusion There is some irrationality in the use of patent Chinese medicine in urology department,so doctors should strengthen the theoretical study of traditional Chinese medicine,follow the principles and conditions of the use of patent Chinese medicine,reasonably use patent Chinese medicine,and improve the rational use level of the department.
