电动汽车电气绝缘检测方法的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了达到一定功率要求,电动汽车需要多个蓄电池串联使用,电池组的总电压一般高于100V,纯电动大型客车的电压高达500V,并且电动汽车的使用环境比较恶劣,由于振动、冲击、温度以及电池腐蚀性液体的影响。一旦因为绝缘性能下降导致高压系统出现问题,影响电动汽车的正常使用,文章从电动汽车的构成出发,探究绝缘性能下降的原因,并提出如何检测电气绝缘的方法。 In order to meet certain power requirements,electric vehicles need to use multiple batteries in series.The total voltage of the battery pack is generally higher than 100 V,and the voltage of the pure electric bus is as high as 500 V.Moreover,the use environment of electric vehicles is relatively poor due to the impact of vibration,shock,temperature and corrosive liquid of batteries.Once the problem of high voltage system caused by the decrease of insulation performance affects the normal use of electric vehicles,this paper starts from the composition of electric vehicles,explores the reasons for the decrease of insulation performance,and puts forward how to detect the electrical insulation.Abstract:in order to meet certain power requirements,electric vehicles need to use multiple batteries in series.The total voltage of the battery pack is generally higher than 100 V,and the voltage of the pure electric bus is as high as 500 V.Moreover,the use environment of electric vehicles is relatively poor due to the impact of vibration,shock,temperature and corrosive liquid of batteries.Once the problem of high voltage system caused by the decrease of insulation performance affects the normal use of electric vehicles,this paper starts from the composition of electric vehicles,explores the reasons for the decrease of insulation performance,and puts forward how to detect the electrical insulation.
