摘要
禽流感病毒严重威胁家禽产业的发展,国内禽流感病毒生产者目前多用鸡胚法或细胞培养法进行病毒含量测定。本文即对两种方法进行比较,结果显示两种方法检验结果无明显差异,但细胞法可较快得出结果,并且因细胞法结果较鸡胚法会更稳定、生物安全风险更小,因此,细胞培养法在禽流感病毒含量测定方面更具优势。
Avian influenza virus seriously threatens the development of poultry industry.At present,domestic avian influenza virus producers often use chicken embryo method or cell culture method to determine the virus content.In this paper,the two methods are compared,and the results show that there is no significant difference between the two methods,but the cell method can get the results faster,and the results are more stable and less biosafety risk than the chicken embryo method,so the cell culture method is more advantageous in the determination of avian influenza virus content.
