摘要
为促进河北省玉米高产栽培技术应用,采用2017年测定的共77组产量数据构建产量数据库,对产量及产量构成因素间的关系进行遗传相关和通径分析,研究冀东地区春玉米产量构成因素及产量间的关系。结果表明:单位面积穗数、穗粒数和千粒重与籽粒产量的遗传相关系数均为正值,除单位面积穗数外,穗粒数和千粒重与产量的相关系数均达到了极显著水平。通径分析结果表明,3个产量构成因素对籽粒产量的相对重要性依次为穗粒数>千粒重>单位面积穗数。杂交种选育过程中,重视穗粒数的选择,同时协调好3个主要产量构成因素之间的关系是实现玉米高产的重要手段。
In order to promote the application of high-yield cultivation technology of maize in Hebei Province,the yield database was constructed with 77 sets of yield data measured in 2017,and the relationship between yield and yield component traits was analyzed by genetic correlation and path analysis.The results showed that the genetic correlation coefficients of ears number per unit area,grains per ear and 1000-grain weight with grain yield were all positive.Except for ears number per unit area,the correlation coefficients of grains per ear and 1000-grain weight with grain yield reached significant differences.Path analysis showed that the relative importance of the three yield component traits to grain yield was grains per ear>1000-grain weight>ears number per unit area.In the process of hybrid breeding,it is important to pay attention to the selection of grains per ear and coordinate the relationship among the three main yield component traits to achieve high yield of maize.
