摘要
目的通过对我院门诊西药房药品盘点情况及相关结果分析,提出改进措施,以提高医院药品管理水平。方法选取我院门诊西药房2017年1月至2018年12月共8个季度的盘点数据,从盘点金额、账物相符率等方面进行统计分析。结果门诊西药房8个季度盘点误差率平均为0.2260%,账物相符率平均为77.4%。针对此次结果,从设备、人为、药品、药品摆放标识4个方面展开讨论。结论加强药学服务质量、完善药品管理制度、提高药品数字化管理水平对于减少药品盘点误差率、提升账物相符率、提高患者满意度尤为重要。
Objective To improve the pharmacy inventory management in our hospital by analyzing the drug inventory status of the pharmacy in our outpatient departments. Methods The inventory data in eight quarters from January 2017 to December 2018 in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital were analyzed in terms of the inventory balance and the matching rate of accounts and materials. Results The average rate of inventorying error was 0.2260% in these eight quarters, and the matching rate of accounts and materials was 77.4%. Accordingly, the pharmacy inventory management involving facility, person, medicine, and drug display/labeling were discussed. Conclusion Strengthening the quality of pharmaceutical services, optimizing the drug management system, and improving the digitalized drug management are especially important for reducing drug inventory errors, increasing the matching rate of accounts and materials, and improving patient satisfaction.
