摘要
利用包埋法将耐铬菌株——柠檬绿木霉NG01孢子固定在PVA-SA-PDA小球内,在此基础上设计动态反应器,分别探究了固定化NG01小球以及不同反应条件下动态反应器还原Cr(VI)的性能。研究结果表明,制备的固定化NG01小球直径为2~5mm,球体完整性较好,内部孢子具有活性;固定化NG01小球对Cr(VI)的还原能力远高于游离菌体,处理50mg•L-1的Cr(VI)废水可重复利用17次以上;在反应温度30°C、pH8和水力停留时间5d时,动态反应器对Cr(VI)的还原率高达97.73%。
The trichoderma citrinoviride NG01 spores of the resistant-chromium strain were immobilized in the PVA-SA-PDA sphere by embedding method.Based on this,a dynamic reactor was designed to ex-plore the performance of the immobilized NG01 pellets and the Cr("VI)reduction by dynamic reactor un¬der different reaction conditions.The experimental results show that the prepared immobilized pellets have a diameter of 2〜5 mm which has the good sphere integrty and the internal spores are active.The reducing capacity of the immobilized NG01 pellets to Cr(VI)is much higher than that of free bactera,and the pellets can be reused for more than 17 times after treating the Cr("VI)wastewater of 50 mg•L_1.At the reaction temperature of 30 C,pH 8 and hydraulic retention time of 5 d,the reduction rate of Cr(VI)by the dynamic reactor is up to 97.73%.
