摘要
常压容器平盖在化工储罐中被广泛应用,设计时设置一定数量的加强筋能够起到增加截面惯性矩的作用,可减少平盖厚度从而大幅降低制造成本,常见带加强筋的圆形平盖结构及其计算方法已经成为相关行业标准的重要组成部分。针对尺寸超出标准系列范围的大直径常压容器,基于井字梁力学模型提出了一种带加强筋圆形平盖的设计思路及计算方法。此计算方法包括加强筋的应力计算、顶板厚度计算和应力校核,可为相关设计者解决实际问题提供参考。
Flat cover is widely used in atmospheric pressure vessel. The cross-section moment of inertia of flat cover can be increased when a certain quantity of stiffening rib were designed for the cover, which also results in less required cover thickness and lower manufacture cost. Considering common round flat cover structures with ribs and their calculation methods have become an important part of relevant industry standards, there are still circular flat covers with sizes out of the standard ranges. An idea for the design of large diameter circular flat cover with stiffening ribs based cross beam mechanical theory mode was proposed, which includes stiffener calculation, top plate thickness calculation and stress check. It can provide a reference method for the majority of relevant designers to solve practical problems.
