摘要
高职院校所处城市的地域文化潜移默化地滋养着高职院校的办学特色和文化内涵,为高职院校发展提供有力的精神引领和丰富的文化资源。以江苏省无锡市为例,在高职院校的文化建设中,将无锡地域文化融入高职院校文化,用高职文化行为践行无锡地域文化,以文化体系结构的4个层面,即物态文化、心态文化、行为文化、制度文化为切入点,充分汲取无锡地域文化的精华,形成具有无锡文化内涵和表征的高职院校文化,有助于地域文化与高职院校文化的融合。
The regional cultures of different cities not only subtly nourish the school-running characteristics of local higher vocational colleges and their college cultures,but also provide them with strong spiritual guidance and rich cultural resources. Taking Wuxi for example,this paper proposes that the local culture be integrated with the cultural construction of local colleges,and that in turn the former be practiced through the cultural activities held by the colleges. Based on the state of matter,mentality,behavior and institution,the four levels of cultural system,developing the higher vocational cultures characterized by profound local culture by absorbing the quintessence of Wuxi culture will contribute to the cultural integration between the city and the local higher vocational colleges.
