摘要
为充分发挥政府在创新创业工作中的政策引导作用,以行业需求为导向,充分挖掘高校、行业、科研院所的资源优势,培养出具备较强创新精神与实践能力的优秀人才,“政产学研用”的联合育人机制是解决当前高校软件人才培养与社会需求脱节的重要策略。本文以华北水利水电大学为例,建立了一套有效的协同培育模式,取得一定的效果。
The integration of Government-Industry-University-Institute-Application is to give full play to the government in the policy guidance role of innovation and entrepreneurship,oriented by industrial demand to fully tap the resources of universities,industries,institutes,cultivating excellent talents with innovative ability.Meanwhile,the cooperative education of government-industry-university is a good mechanism to solve the mismatching between the training of software talents in universities and social needs.After years of practice,the North China University of Water Resource and Electric Power has set up an effective cooperative cultivating mode,and achieved certain results.
