摘要
针对目前水泥混凝土裂缝修补技术存在的养护时间长、渗透性差、粘接性差、耐久性差等问题,文中通过添加合适的增韧剂、稀释剂针对性地改进环氧树脂裂缝修补材料的韧性和渗透性能,并对研制的裂缝修补材料测试其固化收缩率、力学性能、耐老化性能和工程应用跟踪。结果表明,裂缝修补材料的固化收缩率稳定在2.08%,抗压强度达到59 MPa,抗折强度达到16.8 MPa,经过多次湿热循环、冷热循环后,粘接强度仍在2 MPa以上,且破坏形式为混凝土破坏。
In view of the problems existing in the current cement concrete crack repair technology,such as long curing time,poor permeability,poor adhesion,poor durability,etc.,this paper improves the toughness and permeability of epoxy resin crack repair materials by adding appropriate toughening agent and diluter.And preparation of materials for the curing shrinkage,mechanical properties,ageing resistance performance testing and engineering application.The results show that crack repair material curing shrinkage rate steady at 2.08%,reached 59 MPa compressive strength,flexural strength of 16.8 MPa,after a lot of wet and heat cycle,after psychro-thermal cycles,bonding strength is still more than 2 MPa,and failure modes of concrete damage.
