摘要
以职业教育改革实施方案为导向,选取会计专业国际化方向,对天津市中小企业国际化会计岗位群英语能力需求进行市场调研,结果表明:国际化会计人才匮乏,英语能力,特别是英语写作和听说能力在国际化会计岗位中占有重要地位;高职学生普遍缺乏英语学习的自信心。为提升高职英语能力,需校企深度融合,联手打造“语言+专业+国际化”高素质技能型人才;创建与职业英语相连接的英语课堂教学;探索和构建新形势下国际化高职英语能力培养模式。
Orienting to the implementation plan of vocational education reform,the author took the internationalization direction of accounting specialty for example and conducted the market survey of English ability demand for international accounting positions in small and medium enterprises in Tianjin.The results show that English,especiallyEnglish abilities of writing,listening and speaking,plays an important role in international accounting positions.Higher vocational college students generally lack the self-confidence of English study,and international accounting talents can not meet the demands.To improve English ability of higher vocational college students,colleges and enterprises should deeply integrate and jointly cultivate“language+specialty+internationalization”high-quality skilled talents of higher vocational colleges.Besides,higher vocational English classroom teaching connected to vocational English should be created,and the international higher vocational English ability training mode in the new situation needs to be explored and established.
