摘要
为探索玉米苗期根与叶的相关关系以及自交系的根和叶与杂交种的根和叶的相关关系,进行了玉米苗期栽培试验。结果表明,玉米自交系和杂交种,其苗期子叶的长和宽、第1叶的长和宽、第2叶的长和宽都与初生胚根的长呈正相关关系,其中,第1叶的长与初生胚根的长相关关系最显著;从自交系和杂交种苗期相对应的各个叶片的长和宽及根长的作图来看,各对应叶片之间的变化趋势是一致的,都为正相关关系;自交系与杂交种第1叶的长、第2叶的长和初生胚根的长的变化趋势基本重合。研究结果可为玉米育种时自交系和杂交种的苗期鉴定提供一种方法。
To explore the correlation between roots and leaves in maize seedling stage and the correlation between roots and leaves of maize inbred lines and hybrids,the investigation and analysis on the characters of roots and leaves were made in 10 maize materials in seedling stage.The results showed that both inbred lines and hybrids,there were positive correlations between the primary radicle length and the cotyledons length and width,and the first leaf's length and width,and the second leaf's length and width in maize seedling stage.Among them,the relationship between the length of the first leaf and the length of the primary radicle was the most significant.From the mapping of the length and width of each leaf and the length of root corresponding to the seedling stage of inbred line and hybrid,the trend of change among the corresponding leaves was the same,which were positive correlation.The variation trends of the length of the first leaf,the second leaf and the primary radicle of inbred lines and hybrids were basically coincident.The results will provide a method for the seedling identification of inbred lines and hybrids in maize breeding.
