摘要
“一带一路”战略背景下,齐鲁中医药产业国际化发展面临重大机遇和挑战。从文化传播、人才培养、中药标准、医养结合四个方面系统阐述了当前促进齐鲁中医药产业国际化发展的对策及建议。首先,文化传播方面要立足文化认同,实施品牌战略,塑造扁鹊文化品牌,整合山东文化资源,以文化传承带动产业发展;其次,通过改善教育内容、改革办学模式、拓展教育形式、完善教育机构等措施加强人才培养;再次,完善中药标准体系建设,强调交流学习与多方助力,重视山东道地中药材资源的开发与利用,以此促进中药产业国际化发展;最后,突出医养结合理念,以中医药健康服务为基础,加强与“一带一路”沿线国家的双边合作和交流,培养国际服务意识,逐步建立健全齐鲁中医药产业国际化发展长效机制,推进齐鲁中医药国际化发展进程。
Under the background of"belt and road"strategy,the internationalization of Qilu Chinese medicine industry is facing major opportunities and challenges.This paper systematically expounds the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the international development of Qilu Chinese medicine industry from four aspects:cultural communication,talent cultivation,Chinese medicine standards and combination of medicine and health care.First of all,cultural communication should be based on cultural identity,implement the brand strategy,build the brand of Bianque culture,integrate Shandong cultural resources,and promote the development of industry with cultural heritage.Second,strengthen talent cultivation by improving the education content,reforming the school running mode,expanding the education form,and improving the education mechanism.Third,improve the construction of Chinese medicine standard system,and emphasize exchange and learning.With the help of many parties,we should attach importance to the development and utilization of genuine Chinese medicinal materials in Shandong,in order to promote the internationalization of Chinese medicine industry.Finally,we should highlight the concept of combining medical treatment and health care based on Chinese medicinal health service,strengthen bilateral cooperation and exchanges with the countries along the way of“Belt and Road”,foster the awareness of international service,and gradually establish and improve the long-term mechanism for the internationalization of the Qilu Chinese medicine industry to promote the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine in Qilu.
