摘要
目的探究在血站采血工作中采用细节管理的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月—2018年11月在该站献血者90例,将其随机分成研究组(n=45)、对照组(n=45),在开展采血工作时对照组实施常规管理,研究组给予细节管理,对比两组献血者的两组献血者管理效果(管理质量合格率、差错率、满意率)和不良事件发生率。结果研究组不良事件发生率为4.4%,对照组不良事件发生率为17.6%,对照组明显高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.05,P=0.04);研究组管理质量合格率93.3%,对照组合格率66.7%,研究组合格率比对照组较高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.000,P=0.002)。研究组管理差错率4.4%,对照组差错率24.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.283,P=0.007)。研究组对服务满意率为88.9%,对照组满意率28.9%,研究组满意率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=33.460,P=0.000)。结论细节管理应用于血站采血工作中,可以有效降低不良事件发生率和管理质量差错率,提高管理质量合格率和满意率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of detailed management in blood collection at blood stations.Methods A total of 90 patients who received blood donation at the station from October 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into study group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The control group was routinely managed during blood collection.The study group was given detailed management and compared the management effects(management quality pass rate,error rate,satisfaction rate)and adverse event rate of the two groups of blood donors.Results The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 4.4%,and the incidence of adverse events in the control group was 17.6%.The control group was significantly higher than the study group.The comparison between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.05,P=0.04).The pass rate was 93.3%,and the pass rate of the control group was 66.7%.The study group rate was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=10.000,P=0.002).The study group had a management error rate of 4.4%,and the control group had an error rate of 24.4%.The comparison between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=7.283,P=0.007).The service satisfaction rate of the study group was 88.9%,and the satisfaction rate of the control group was 28.9%.The satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=33.460,P=0.000).Conclusion The detailed management is applied to the blood collection work of blood stations,which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and management quality error rate,improve the management quality pass rate and satisfaction rate,and is worthy of clinical application.
