摘要
目的探讨形成性评价体系在妇产科护理实践教学中的作用。方法共纳入2017届护理专业学生120名为对照组和2018届护理专业学生120名为观察组,根据妇产科护理的课程特点,引入形成性评价体系,以该体系指导妇产科护理的实践教学,分析形成性评价考核体系实施前、后中的教学效果、教学满意度以及实践操作成绩和理论考试成绩等。结果实施形成性评价体系后,观察组的操作考核成绩和理论考试成绩为(91.12±8.22)分和(90.32±8.14)分,明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生对形成性评价的总满意度为96.67%,亦明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论形成性评价在妇产科护理实践教学中可获得较高的学生满意度,同时可以使学生的实践操作能力得到明显提高,增加学生的临床实践技能。
Objective To explore the role of formative evaluation system in the practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods 120 nurses in the 2017 nursing class and 120 students in the observation group in 2018 nursing major.According to the characteristics of the course of obstetrics and gynecology nursing,a formative evaluation system was introduced to guide the practice of obstetrics and gynecology nursing,analysis of the teaching effect,teaching satisfaction,practical performance and theoretical test scores before and after the implementation of the formative evaluation system.Results After the formative evaluation system was implemented,the performance evaluation scores and theoretical test scores of the observation group were(91.12±8.22)points and(90.32±8.14)points,which were significantly higher than the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total satisfaction of the observation group on the formative evaluation was 96.67%,which was also significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Formative evaluation can achieve high student satisfaction in the practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing.At the same time,students'practical ability can be improved significantly and students'clinical practice skills can be improved.
