摘要
目的探讨不同补牙材料治疗牙体卸妆缺损的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月~2018年8月于广州市增城区中医医院口腔科接受充填治疗的50例牙体楔状缺损患者作为研究对象,根据补牙材料的不同将其分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)。对照组患者采用玻璃离子充填,观察组患者采用光固化复合树脂充填。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、充填材料功能评分、并发症总发生率和总满意度。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(96%)、总满意度(96%)、充填材料功能评分[(89.54±7.65)分]均分别高于对照组[68%、68%、(67.92±4.63)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率(4%)低于对照组(24%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上使用光固化复合树脂对牙体楔状缺损进行治疗的效果更好,可以提高治疗有效率和满意度,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of different dental filling materials in the treatment of tooth wedge-shaped defect.Methods Fifty patients with tooth wedge-shaped defect who underwent filling treatment in the Stomatology Department of Zengcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangzhou City from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25)according to the different filling materials.The control group was filled with glass ion,and the observation group was filled with light curing composite resin.The total effective rate of treatment,functional score of filling material,total incidence rate of complications and total satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment(96%),total satisfaction(96%),and functional score of filling material([89.54±7.65]points)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(68%,68%,[67.92±4.63]points),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group(4%)was lower than that in the control group(24%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application effect of light curing composite resin for the treatment of tooth wedge-shaped defect is better,it can improve the effective rate of treatment and the satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
