摘要
目的:探讨多元合作模式在医疗设备维修管理路径优化中的应用价值。方法:选取医院临床在用的医疗设备为研究对象,将2015年1月~2016年12月设备纳入对照组,采用自主维修和厂家售后的管理模式;将2017年7月~2019年7月设备纳入观察组,采用多元合作维修的管理模式。通过根因分析法对医疗设备维修路径进行优化,建立临床科室、器械科、产品厂商、第三方维修公司的多元合作模式。采用t检验对比两组的故障频率、维修费用和维修周期。结果:观察组6类设备的故障频率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.114,t=2.294,t=2.214,t=2.553,t=2.116,t=3.058;P<0.05);观察组6类设备的维修费用低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.091,t=2.320,t=2.240,t=2.938,t=3.642,t=3.148;P<0.05);观察组6类设备的维修周期低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.043,t=2.164,t=2.717,t=2.607,t=2.053,t=2.997;P<0.05)。结论:多元合作模式提高了医疗设备维修效率,降低了维修成本,提升了医工人员的维修管理能力,在医院设备维修管理中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective: To explore the application value of multi-cooperation mode in management path optimization for medical device maintenance. Methods: The clinical medical devices in use in hospitals were selected as the research objects The devices used from January 2015 to December 2016 were included in the control group, and the management mode of independent maintenance combined with the manufacturer’s after-sales service was adopted. The devices used from July 2017 to July 2019 were included in the observation group, and the management mode of the multi-cooperation maintenance. The root cause analysis method was used to optimize the maintenance path of medical equipment, so as to establish a multi-cooperation mode among clinical departments, medical engineering departments, manufacturers and third-party maintenance companies. T test was used to compare the failure frequency, maintenance costs and maintenance period of the two groups. Results: The failure frequency of 6 types of devices in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.114, t=2.294, t=2.214, t=2.553, t=2.116, t=3.058;P<0.05);The maintenance costs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.091, t=2.320, t=2.240, t=2.938, t=3.642, t=3.148;P<0.05);The maintenance cycle in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.043, t=2.164, t=2.717, t=2.607, t=2.053, t=2.997;P<0.05). Conclusions: The multi-cooperation mode improved the maintenance efficiency for medical equipment, reduced the maintenance costs, and improved the maintenance management ability of medical technician. The mode has high application value in hospital equipment maintenance management.
