摘要
为研究温度、风速、铺料密度多个干燥变量对白萝卜热风干燥特性的影响,以切片白萝卜作为研究对象,通过实验研究了干燥变量对白萝卜失水过程的影响规律,建立了白萝卜失水过程的数学模型.
In order to study the influence of temperature,wind speed and paving density on the hot air drying characteristics of white radish,sliced radish was taken as the research object.The influence of drying variables on the water loss process of white radish was studied through experiments,and a mathematical model was established to predict the water loss process of white radish.
