摘要目的:观察支气管哮喘急性发作期患者C反应蛋白和血常规的变化。方法:对于我院2018年5月至2018年10月进行治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的患者资料进行回顾性统计分析,随机抽取54例患者命名为哮喘组,以我院进行健康体检的55例健康者命名为对照组。通过介入治理给患者使用化痰平喘药以及糖皮质激素,对我院急症收治的54例哮喘发作者检查的C反应蛋白和血常规的检查结果进行统计。以我院体检的55例健康患者的体检报告中C反应蛋白和血常规的指标为参考标准,对两组患者所得数据进行比较分析。结果:患者支气管哮喘急性期发作时C反应蛋白异常增高,经过治疗C反应蛋白降低,但与正常患者比较P<0.05差别明显。白细胞数量在急性发作时数值有所增高,经过治疗后数值下降,但仍高于正常水平,哮喘组急性发作时与正常水平比较P<0.05。结论:在支气管哮喘患者急性发作期时,患者的C反应蛋白的数值异常升高,白细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞的数值也高于正常水平。 Objective: To observe the changes of C-reactive protein and blood routine in patients with acute bronchial asthma. Methods: From May 2018 to October 2018, the patients with acute bronchial asthma were given a retrospective statistical analysis. 54 patients were randomly selected as asthma group, and 55 healthy people who underwent health examination were selected as control group in our hospital. The patients were treated with phlegm wheezing drugs and glucocorticoid, the results of the examination of C-reactive protein and blood routine examined of 54 asthma patients were compared in our hospital. The report of 55 healthy patients were selected as the reference criteria, C-reactive protein and blood routine index were compare and analyze between two groups. Results: C-reactive protein was abnormally increased in the acute phase of bronchial asthma, and the C-reactive protein was decreased after treatment, but it was significantly different from normal patients P<0.05. The number of white blood cells increased in the acute attack. After treatment, the index was decreased, but it was still higher than the normal level. The number of white blood cells in asthmatic patents were higher when compared with the normal level(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the acute attack period of patients with bronchial asthma, the value of C-reactive protein is abnormally increased, and the indexesof white blood cells, neutrophils and eosinophils are also higher than normal levels.
