摘要
高等学校的"以文化人"具有丰富的教育内涵和深刻的时代意蕴,实践中离不开文化传承和教育理想。巨型大学有着特有的改革印记和发展逻辑,其"以文化人"的特征和育人功能正接受高等教育高质量发展的现实拷问。巨型大学应在多元整合、多管齐下中重构校园文化,在贯彻教育方针、坚持立德树人中践行"以文化人"。具体对策包括:推进文化管理,聚焦共同价值引领;加强文化熏陶,改善思想教育格局;创建文化校园,增强以文化人合力。
"To Educate People with Culture"in institutions of higher education,which has rich education connotation and profound significance,cannot be separated from cultural inheritance and education ideal. Multiversity in China has its own reform marks and development logic. Its cultural characteristics and education functions are being questioned by the reality of high-quality development of higher education. The multiversity should reconstruct campus culture in the process of multi-integration and multi-management,and practice"To Educate People with Culture"in carrying out educational policy and establishing moral character. Specific strategies include promoting the cultural management,gathering the guidance of common value,strengthening the culture edification,improving the situation of ideological education,establishing the campus culture,and strengthening the joint effort to educate people with culture.
