摘要
目的探讨6S管理方法在神经外科监护室仪器安全管理中的应用价值,以规范科室仪器设备管理,提高仪器设备管理水平。方法以6S管理法对仪器设备进行分类,对运用6S管理前、后,医护人员的满意度、仪器设备放置规范、仪器完好、仪器使用记录完整进行评价。结果应用6S管理后,医护人员的满意度、医护人员安全意识、仪器设备完好率、仪器设备使用登记完整率、仪器设备故障发生率、寻找仪器设备的时间、科室环境秩序均较实施前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将6S管理法运用在仪器设备的管理中,提高了医务人员的安全意识及综合素养,确保临床各项诊疗以及护理工作安全进行,可显著提高工作效率,充分调动医护人员责任心,可减少不良事件的发生,使仪器设备管理更科学、更系统、更规范,可保证仪器设备性能良好处于备用状态。
Objective To study the application value of 6S management method in the safety management of neurosurgical intensive care unit,in order to regulate the management of instrument and equipment and to improve the management level of instrument and equipment.Methods The 6S management method was used to classify the instruments and equipment.The satisfaction of the medical staff,the placement specification of instruments and equipment,the instrument intact,and the instrument use record before and after the application of 6S management were evaluated.Results After the application of 6S management,the satisfaction of medical staff,the safety consciousness of medical personnel,the rate of the instrument and equipment,the complete rate of the use of instrument and equipment,the incidence of instrument and equipment failure,and the time of finding instrument and the environmental order of the department were significantly improved than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the 6S management method in the management of the instrument and equipment improves the safety consciousness and the comprehensive quality of the medical personnel,ensures the safety of the clinical diagnosis and treatment and the nursing work,can remarkably improve the working efficiency,fully mobilize the responsibility of the medical personnel,and can reduce the occurrence of the adverse events.The instrument and equipment management is more scientific,systematic and normative,and the performance of the instrument and equipment can be ensured to be in a standby state.
